We pack all items department / section wise numbered sequentially , so that there should not be any hassle while unpacking and re arranging at new place.
Before starting packing we try to identify all unnecessary items which are not to be shifted to new place and remove them from items which are to be packed, this process saves lot of packing time and un necessary moving expenditure. Computers, electronic items are packed with specialized packing material meant for it. Other files and small stationery items are packed carefully.
